You can get the Flame of Balthazar from Core Pokhe for 50 Gold and 2 Silver Zaishen Coins. It can also be gained as Chest of Decade Zaishen Honor, randomly from the Hall of Heroes Chest, and as a Random chance from Zaishen Strongboxes. All of them are from Core. 

Ghastly Summoning Stone

Ghastly Summoning Stone is a Consumable in Guild Wars that upon use will call upon an Ally known as Dream rider which is similar to your level. It will be available for 30 minutes or until the Ally has fallen in combat.

Finally, get them from Beyond as drops of Royal Gift and Imperial Guard Lockbox. Doing various Missions like Honorable Combat, Hard Mode Version Quest, Warning the Angchu, A Treaty a Treaty, and Free Bird

Lunar Fortune

Lunar Fortune is Present Consumables in Guild Wars that you can only use in the Explorable Guild Wars Areas to either get an Item, a Blessing or get a Message

How to Get it?

To get your hands on Lunar Fortune you need to be fond of Canthan New Year because it is the only time you can earn Lunar Fortunes. When the time comes, you can get them in the Prophecies at Lucky Hochei, when you win Rock Paper Scissor.

Lunar Tokens

Another Event in which you can get a Slice of Pumpkin Pie is at the time of the Seventh Year Anniversary Celebration, where it drops randomly by the PvE Foes.

War Supplies

War Supplies are different types of Consumables that are included in the type of Reward Trophy Sweet. You can either exchange it for other items by going to the Shining Blade or you can also use it, getting a Health Regen Bonus of +1 and Gain Armor of +5 Bonus for a total of Five Minutes.

How to Get them?

You can get the War Supplies as a Reward from the Bounties of Shining Blade, which also can be obtained after Three of the Collector’s Confessors' Orders

Further, they are also rewarded in the Normal Mode, when you will guide the Courier Falken in a specific area. If you do the same in Hard Mode you will also get the War Supplies in a higher amount.
