One Blessing of War drops after every 25 Zaishen Keys are used to open the Zaishen Chest. This is account-based and the counter does not reset when leaving the Isle of the Nameless (source). Using a key earns 5 points to the Zaishen title, but does not contribute towards the Treasure Hunter title.

Since a player can only hold a maximum of 100Platinum at any one time, Zkeys are used as an alternate currency to facilitate high-value trades, e.g. for hard-to-obtain weapons or miniatures. Other common alternatives include Globs of Ectoplasm and Armbraces of Truth.
